Vallunex Innovations started with a simple observation: the software running most Indian schools, clinics and small businesses was either far too expensive or far too clumsy to actually use every day.
We watched teachers copy the same homework note into six WhatsApp groups. We watched receptionists juggle a paper diary and three phone lines. We watched founders pay enterprise prices for features they would never open.
So we set out to build the opposite: focused, cloud-native products that a non-technical team can adopt in an afternoon, priced for organisations that count every rupee, and engineered so they still hold up at ten thousand users.
ArumbuNexus — our school communication and management platform — is the first of those products. SeatNexus, StreamNexus and ShopNexus follow the same playbook in appointments, streaming and commerce.

The idea takes shape
After months of conversations with school correspondents and teachers across Tamil Nadu, we mapped the everyday communication gaps that ad-hoc WhatsApp groups were never going to close.

ArumbuNexus v1
First pilot deployments with preschools and primary schools. Homework, attendance and daily class updates go live, and the parent app ships on Android and iOS.

Multi-school platform
Re-architected into a true multi-tenant SaaS so school groups can run every branch from one console. Online fees, bus tracking and analytics join the platform.

Expanding the Nexus family
ArumbuNexus grows across regions while SeatNexus enters beta — bringing the same philosophy to appointment-driven businesses.
